The Management of Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) club Abia Warriors FC (Umuahia) have announced the indefinite suspension of their goalkeeper, Joseph Onuoha, with immediate effect.

In a letter addressed to the goalkeeper and signed by the club secretary, Mr. Oliver Ndife, the management said the suspension was as a result of “gross insubordination and dereliction of duty”.

The letter, which ordered the goalkeeper to vacate the club’s camp immediately, also directed him to submit any club’s property in his possession to the appropriate authorities without delay and wished him good luck.

There's definitely more to this than meets the eye....hahaha. It seems to me that the poor fella, has been summarily dismissed going by the article....hahaha. The way to go about this should be suspension, investigation then decision. What offense he actually committed was omitted but the lad was wished good luck(probably in his future endeavours)...hahaha. Funny lot.
